ingredients:
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
4 ounces heavy cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and vanilla extract in the bowl of a mixer. Beat with the whisk attachment until it resembles whipped cream with soft peaks.
